As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations. From managing a dynamic team to ensuring exceptional customer service, you'll play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Requirements & Responsibilities :
- 3 years in a manager role at a high volume Full Service concept including experience with bar / beverage management
- Personable with the ability to lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure top-notch service.
- Willingness to be very hands on with stepping in to assist wherever needed : being present on the floor, interacting w / guests, bussing tables, etc.
- Open schedule availability including nights and weekends
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to keep our restaurant ahead of the competition.
